Jim Devlin came to Caldwell-West Caldwell in 2015 with a rich background in teaching and administration. Mr. Devlin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History Education and graduated from the University of Delaware, Magna Cum Laude, in 1992. He attended Rutgers University where he earned a Master of Education – Supervision and Administration degree in 1999. Mr. Devlin taught at Marlboro High School from 1992 to 2000, and then served as the Social Studies Supervisor at Chatham High School for five years before accepting an administrative position at Morris Knolls. He administered as an assistant principal and social studies supervisor at MKHS in Denville, NJ, for ten years. Mr. Devlin is married to his wife, Casey, and has two sons. He loves to exercise, read, travel and cheer for the Pittsburgh Steelers, but his favorite activity is anything that includes spending time with his family and their golden doodle, Daisy. Mr. Devlin is fiercely proud of the students and faculty of JCHS. Together, we build upon the academic, artistic, athletic, and altruistic achievements of this outstanding high school.
