The Honeywell Instant Alert System is used to notify parents and staff about important changes in schedules, school days or events. This alert system is used to share information about school closings due to inclement weather and other important information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: when specifying the times during which you will receive calls or texts, please note that the system does not hold calls until these times. If an alert message is sent during hours outside of your preferences, you will NOT receive the call or text. Please be sure to have at least one telephone number available for 24-hour messaging. Kindergarten Registration
 
Kindergarten registration for the 2015-2016 school year will be held during the week of February 9, 2015. To register, students must be five years old by October 1, 2015. To determine which school your child will attend, visit the website. The registration schedule is as follows:
 
LINCOLN SCHOOL - Monday, February 9 - 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

WILSON SCHOOL - Tuesday, February 10 - 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

WASHINGTON SCHOOL - Thursday, February 12
Last Names Beginning with Letters A – L - 9:00 -11:00 a.m.
Last Names Beginning with Letters M – Z - 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

JEFFERSON SCHOOL - Thursday, February 12 - 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

PARCC PARCC for Parents
 
The last two of three information PARCC sessions will be held on Tuesday, January 13, and Thursday, January 29, at the Harrison School Conference Room at 6:30 p.m. prompt. The overview will provide a brief glimpse of PARCC testing, its requirements, and how it compares to the NJ ASK. Wondering what it means to your students, our staff, and our schools? The CWC School District invites you to attend one of two remaining PARCC for Parents information sessions. No reservations are necessary. Information about PARCC is also available on the website.
 

doctor Athletic Physical Forms for 2015-2016 School Year

Current and soon-to-be high school students: Don't wait until summer to get your physical forms completed. If you have a well-visit check coming up, bring the packet to your physician now. Forms completed now are valid for the 2015-2016 school year. Stop by the high school nurse's office to pick up a printed copy of the forms. Contact school nurse Danielle Ciccaglione with any questions.
